So I just finished binge watching this whole series over the last 2-3 months.... When the show debuted, I caught the first 2-3 episodes, but dismissed it. What a fucking mistake. I never doubted friends who thought BB was right up there with The Wire, The Sopranos, Lost, Mad Men, The Shield, etc., but I was even shocked by how good it was and can't figure out why I initially dismissed it. It's a slow burn, perhaps, but it ranks right up there. Heisenberg/WW might be TV's all-time greatest character. |

Recorded the whole re-airing by AMC on the DVR. Just finished watching the whole series. Amazing. I've never done the binge watching thing, other than season one of Game of Thrones. But I'm glad I did with this one. I couldn't imagine waiting a week to see the next episode every time. I definitely see what all the hype was about now. Amazing writing, acting, tension... Just wow. |
