Jon and Dany are totally gonna bang.

Do we think (all speculation, no spoilers):

Spoiler: show
That Dany will surprise Jon and fly a dragon north to help him catch a wight?

Yup, especially after the googly eyes she was giving him when he left.

This would be their jump the shark moment.

She doesn't seem to have much else to do right now. Is she just gonna hang out and wait?

A lot of this is annoying.

Why is this just 7 episodes again? A money issue, right? This way they can pay the actors less overall? Lame.

Yeah, that was kind of a letdown episode. The only thing I really liked was Littlefinger being Littlefinger again. The gathering of the Super Friends in the north is cool but should have taken more time (not travel, but narrative). I'm guessing there is another CGI bonanza coming, which is why this season is so short and story lines seem so condensed.

this episode sucked

So not only did they not drown in their armor, they were able to swim away without sinking?

And I guess Jon didn't stop at Winterfell on his way to Eastwatch, which makes sense giving travel logistics, but did he send a raven to let them now what he's up to? His mission to Dragonstone has been largely successful.

"once the dragons show up I'm out of here" he says right after bravely leaping in front of a dragon to save Jaime.

The Jorah/Dany reunion was obnoxious too.

I also don't really understand why the letter that Littlefinger got from the archives is a big deal. If it's the letter I suspect it is, which is the one Sansa sent north encouraging Robb to bend the knee to Joffrey, I don't get what the big deal is. It doesn't implicate Sansa, as any reasonable person would understand it was written under duress.

That's what it looked like. I guess Arya is supposed to think she's a traitor or weak or something? I hope not. Arya would have to be pretty stupid to think that.

Exactly. I can't imagine anyone dumb enough to actually think it's incriminating.

Littlefinger is up to what exactly?

does he think he can undermine Jon if thats what that note does say? and hopes he can control Sansa?

its a suicide mission if that is what hes up to...but hes also playing Arya and i cant figure out why

Re: HBO: Game of Thrones (Song of Ice and Fire)

because he wants Sansa all to himself

hes not stupid though yet he seems to be at the moment. neither is sansa..she isnt gonna stand by and let herself be used or jon undermined through her...though the scene with arya seems to foreshadow that a bit

Jon heading north of the Wall without Ghost is pretty dumb too.
