Watched cloverfield and 10 cloverfield lane back to back on prime. First time I'd seen either. Didn't hate the first one, but I felt like it served no purpose. Just found footage with no ending. I was pleasantly surprised to see the girl from this season of Fargo in the Goodman movie. She's lovely. The end blew.

Lol. It's John Wick 2 for us tonight. Boy howdy.
update plz
We went to bed shortly after the scene where John Wick wrestles with a dude and blindly discharges like 13 rounds into the cement. Everyone half-heartedly vowed to "finish it tomorrow."

Ok. Maybe? Lead actress was too good looking to be a poor Russian peasant.

really? I mean i wasnt very interested but i was expecting at least a fun movie.
Starts strong. But you've seen this movie a thousand times before. It devolves into worn tropes. Even the imagery fizzles into ordinary/expected/mundane/predictable. The stunt work is outstanding. Charlize kills it. Sophia is wasted. It's totally fine. I don't hate it. But I left mostly unimpressed. I'll never need to see it again. The soundtrack is fucking badass, though. That was one major highlight.

Fury. I mean I didn't expect much but it was... so bad. One of the worst movies I've seen in a long time. I've never seen Pearl Harbour but Fury was pretty much what I've always expected that movie to be like.
