I'm trying to decide between Logan's Run and 3 Days of the Condor tonight.

I'm going with Logan's Run. Jerry Goldsmith, that's great to see.

Loved it. Even if I had high hopes, it surpassed my expectations. Really lifted my spirits that day, maybe that whole week. David Byrne is brilliant.

I can guarantee that I will see it several times.

Very nice. My wife and i have watched it at least four times

Goddamn, this was a weird movie. I loved the miniatures and the set design. I also appreciate the lack of hand holding in a lot of these 70s movies, they really just throw you into the world and show you how it works instead of explaining it to you.

It dragged a bit in the middle, but I was back on board once Peter Ustinov showed up.

A good watch.

Watched Odds Against Tomorrow this evening. A very enjoyable noir film starring Harry Belafonte and Robert Ryan. It had a killer jazz soundtrack and very good performances by all involved.

More Robert Ryan tonight, along with Burt Lancaster, Woody Strode, Lee Marvin and Jack Palance - I'm watching 1966's The Professionals. It's got a hell of a cast and it's off to a good start.

We watched the first Planet of the Apes in this newer run this morning. Will watch the next two this weekend getting ready for the new one next month.

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish

Kept hearing about how good this was, and it was pretty good. Better than anything in the Shrekverse has a right to be.

I'm about an hour into the extended cut of The New World (05) and I'm loving it. It's really dreamy and light on dialogue. Beautiful so far.
