"When Jacob discovers clues to a mystery that stretches across time, he finds Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. But the danger deepens after he gets to know the residents and learns about their special powers."
Always wanted to see this, since first hearing about it. And today I will.

Just two solid movies. Same year, similar rating. I’m trying to watch movies in a rising order (rewatches and first time movies as two separate lists, of course with first time views I must base that on external ratings).
However, I’ve watched Jungle Book early in the day, and will watch Fences before bedtime, so not even back to back.
I love Denzel in this. The script is of course outstanding, the cast excellent, directed by Denzel himself in a way that puts the words and the acting up front, and still it’s Denzel’s performance that lingers in my mind. One of the best I’ve ever seen.
«The true feel-good story of how James Bowen, a busker and recovering drug addict, has his life transformed when he meets a stray ginger cat. Based on the international best selling book.»
Heartwarming true story. Really enjoy this movie.
Also rewatched The Edge Of Seventeen. Pretty good.
