I loooove Senselessness and have read it I think twice (it's also one of the only signed books I have, from when I saw him speak at Brown in like 2011), and I also really liked Dances with Snakes. Still have a few to go.

We bought a new washer/dryer, then of course the house came with an irrigation system, stove, dishwasher, etc. We’re also planning on having a fireplace installed, so I’ve been reading different spec sheets on those.

Yeah, a gas range (or possibly induction) is a likely 2021 purchase.
Yes, just a basic irrigation system for watering our flowers and grass on a pre-set schedule. There are sprinkler “zones” and shit like that.
Also we’re upgrading some living room furniture and I’ve been reading about Wyzenbeek double rubs, which are an actual thing.
