The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I went ahead and watched the trailer (not here but on IMDB as to not offend trag) and I think the tone of that movie looks WAY off from the book. However, the cast is great. I'll check it out. But I'll pretend it isn't based on anything.

Hey look at this, Lenny:
I saw that on reddit earlier and thought, "they made a movie?" I recall some conversation about it a few months ago so I guess - since I read the book - I should check out the trailer. I assume there are changes, and I wonder what the ending is going to be.

I feel like Gyllenhaal should have been Charlie, Joaquin should have been Eli and Reilly should have been Morris. At least from a book perspective. Looks like they are pushing the movie as more of a comedy so maybe the casting makes sense.

I finally watched the trailer and yeah I don't know about the casting. I'm going to have to watch the movie to get this one figured out.
