Mines not on the list at least. Not yet anyways. Its really the only theatre for a wide area in my parts. Not going the movies anymore is the only alternative if it goes away. I could probably live with it.

I was convinced my favorite theater around here would be on that list, it’s always totally deserted except for weekends, and even then it’s not usually very busy. Saw Nope two days in a row there and was alone in the theater both times. Somehow it escaped the cull this time, thank god.

I read somewhere the total closure count will be north of 100. This is likely just the first wave. Regal is probably looking to get bought out by AMC at this point (it'd be nice if AMC buys the Buffalo IMAX theater before the summer movie season...or at least before Dune Part II comes out).

AMC recently bought out a Bow-Tie, which I feel might have had some Criterion connection, near me as well. The Regal down the street did not reopen along with the rest of the state after COVID.
