Layout seems pretty straightforward to me, just as Reid suggested. But I was also a little confused on their hours. Seemed like some days they opened earlier than others? My hunch is weekend service is different from weekdays.

if a severed finger from a meat packing plant makes it into your chicago beef, does that make whatever the meat's used for a finger food?

The Original Beef of Chicagoland is probably one of the ONLY places in America where I would feel comfortable leaving my hat on while I ate.

I absolutely hated Matty before seeing him on the show, just on principal: Some outrageous food combos on Instagram, a billion tattoos, plus the Vice connection (hate Vice). But he's been delightful on this show and I think I was probably wrong to hate him.

Meh. The world of food celebrity is filled with a ton of assholes who think it's the new rock stardom. Matty fit the bill pretty well based on what I shared above. But he seems like a sweetheart.

Im blown away with the aesthetics and the editing that the story itself, but i love it.

No surprising Hiro Murai is a producer here.
