FX is on fire. Another great one. It’s raising my blood pressure but it’s damn good. I’m three episodes in — they’re all 30 minutes or less. |

Hmmm, I see this is 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, plot seems good, and the two of you have great taste, from what I’ve read over the years. Might have to give this a try. And I was just about to cancel Hulu… |

Really digs into the various personalities attracted to working in kitchens. A lot of ego but a lot of humility too. Specifically, I love how many ways these characters explore drive & self betterment through their work. Not unlike great new restaurants that open up in neighborhoods, I hope it sticks around long enough to be a truly great series but not so long that it wears out its welcome. |

RM is 86'd on a couple of key ingredients for a mirepoix, doug. I don't even think we're cooking with butter at the moment. Impossible question to answer. |
