this is the only way to go when you do something like this. you guys really shouldn't be giving him shit for it. find forgiveness in your hearts and understanding

there's another way he could go too, which would be to simply disappear. Make movies, but otherwise hang back and forget about grooming his personal brand. I'm generally skeptical of anyone who goes on a public apology tour.

I prefer him doing it like this, and you should too. He's clearing the air. I don't blame you for being skeptical of his intentions, but he's saying all the right things. Leave him alone. And go see Emancipation coming out on Dec 9, 2022.
