The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
the first time i played this, which was a few days ago when the word of mouth about it started, i thought every word was different, and the word that day was TRUSS. the first word that popped into my head when i started was trust, and i put that. so it lit up green up to the last square, and i thought, "welp, on to the next one."
I didn't get it until the fourth row.

every day is a new five-letter word, and you get six guesses as to what it could be. a lit up green square means your letter is in the correct spot. yellow means the letter is correct, but it's not in that slot. gray means the letter isn't in the word.

the guy who made the game entered about 2500 words. there's bound to be letter repeats.
bammer’s right. the rest of us had to burn through guesses until we realized it on our own. I think there’s a specific reason that the creator didn’t make that part of the game instructions.
