The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I remember I was in Miami when it happened. I was posting from the balcony of my apartment overlooking the beach. And I was having an argument with Adamdude.

I'm team Jorge on the finale. In a lot of ways it undercut most of the previous (much better) episodes of the season. They spent an entire episode on the election, then didn't address any consequence of it (or even really resolve it). It's especially egregious that they didn't even use it to have any impact the characters beyond it.
I would not have expected them to reach a conclusion on the election. The point of “America Decides” was to further highlight how irredeemable and incompetent the kids are and the damage that kind of behavior can do, not set up another storyline.
As far as consequence, you could argue Ken’s decision to call it for Mencken is among the reasons that drove Shiv to change her mind on the board vote.

You can pinpoint the exact moment Shiv changed her mind to when Kendall sat down in his dad's chair with that dumb look on his face. Which was also the funniest moment of the episode.

I thought Kendall was going to take the elevator to the roof and walk off it. He didn’t get his dad’s company. His ex took the kids and left. No judge is gonna take kids from their mom and give them to the publicly junkie dad. He’s left with nothing that he wanted but has money that all of us except Jorge can only imagine.
Shiv found her way to stay somewhat in it. Kendall and Roman, nope. I didn’t really get the idea Roman cared one way or the other. In the end, he actually just missed his dad. Kendall’s sense of entitlement was always his undoing.

Con wasn’t really connected to the company like the rest, so who takes over and who runs it are unimportant to him, as long as he gets his money (he’s probably secretly happy about the Gojo sale), but I don’t know if he’s going to end up being happy in Slovenia while the wife he bought is putting together a gauche apartment in NYC.

We’ll, yeah. I’m not sure what would be worse for Con—going to Europe or actually having to stay in New York in his marriage with no election holding it together.
