I really liked Ava´s character. She is so awful and she might be actually learning something when the finale happens

Started this last night. Three episodes in. I had no idea it's produced by the Park & Rec / Good Place crew. Makes sense.

It's not as good (yet) but there's definitely some common threads. This isn't written by any of those people (so far) but I can see why Schur & Co wanted to produce and encourage this.

i finished the series. it's good. jean smart is great.

This ended really strongly. The last three episodes were the best if the season. Though, I could have loved without the final scene.

I didn’t like the final scene either. And the more I thought about it, it’s because I hate Eva. And half the fun is watching her grow or be humbled or be put in her place. But in that last scene, she’s just an asshole again. And we have to wait however long for her to get her comeuppance again.

Id honestly be fine with them killing Eva and just focusing on Jean Smart and her assistants.

I mean, I'm mostly with you on this. She's the weakest part of the show.

I get why she’s there. And with some character growth, she could be really rewarding to watch, and it looks like that’s where they’re headed. But at the moment, it’s just fun to watch Smart put her in her place.

She did turn a bit of a corner for me around ep 8. I think you're right that we're going to continue down that road. And I hope it happens quickly. That's part of why the final scene was a bummer. It's 2021, man. We don't need that kind cliffhanger bullshit.

Yeah it was kind of screaming for the Larry David music and big “UH-OHHHH I did it again!” face from Eva.

But Marcus, Kayla, Jimmy, Kiki...if they each got more screen time in Ava’s absence this would be a better show
