I really do want to see it in the theater. That's the main reason we didn't watch it. But I have an international trip coming up and I can't risk Omicron. I have to stay healthy!
However, another friend -- the co-worker sitting next to me -- saw LP last night and said he thinks he liked it but he also didn't get it and then went home and read a shit ton of articles about the movie and ultimately thinks he loved it now.

i dont usually care about other opinions when its about art. Specially if i really like the artist, and Sean Baker is one of my favorite directors working now.
