Agreed, but unlike practically everyone else I think the mask looks kinda cheesy.

I'm not a big Halloween fan, but I thought 2018 was great. In this one Michael looks great and the kills were brutal, but it was just a huge mess. The story was lame, the acting was awful, and the hospital scenes were terrible.

I like Anthony Michael Hall, but he was bad in this, and his presence was really distracting.

I really enjoyed it. It was dumb as hell, but the kills were great and all the moronic townspeople got what was coming to them. Very satisfying.

The dude is only 52 but looks 72. My guess is he's hit the bottle quite a bit.

And yea, now that all the towns people are dead whats next?

I still thinking about Halloween Kills...Im watching the 2018 movie and then Kills again. There is so much happening, its so weird, i want to see them back to back.

For what i read, Halloween Ends happens a few years from Ends. Also, Tommy might be super fucked but not dead maybe. Who knows.

Saw both Halloween (2018) and Halloween Kills back to back. Man, these are so fucking fun and they look gorgeous. These are bigs movies, i love them...Kills is so much better if you see it right after Halloween...Its a gorgeous, violent, crazy movie, i love it.

The cast is so fucking good, specially Anthony Michael Hall and Kyle Richards. I hope they are both in Ends.

ep 2 of Chucky was so much better.

"Gaia" - it was OK, had some cool creature and gore effects, I was way less interested in the humans

"In the Earth" - much better, drags a bit to begin with but becomes super tense and the acting is played so subtly it's made more terrifying

finally watched the new Candyman and thought it was excellent; I will definitely rewatch it at some point

yeah, i loved it. Exquisite framing and cinematography and i loved how much of a direct sequel this one was.

Really exited about the new Resident Evil movie. Looks amazing and Johannes Roberts is a talent.

Also, Chucky goes from being super weird to really cool in the same episode. Im expecting to get better with all the legacy cast coming in the next batch of episodes.

I'm really looking forward to this one. I didn't dislike the first few Resident Evil films, just didn't care for it to become a full-on action/espionage series.

edit: Think I'm going to put the score to the first film on now actually.

last horror I watched had almost nothing to the story but was awash with cold winter atmosphere and had really naturalistic performances, I wasn't prepared for how slow it would be but on reflection I did really like it and will watch it again, hoping to really take it in this time: "The Strings"
