I'm not talking about movies with one single good/great performances. I'm not talking about movies where the average performance quality is high, like an 8 or an 8.5. I'm talking about movies you watch FOR the acting. Movies where everyone is firing on all cylinders, and even when the story or the filmmaking themselves are merely "OK," the acting makes the whole thing worthwhile.
May be a cliché but for me that's Glengarry Glen Ross. Everyone is just perfect and it's so fun to watch.
Also Doubt, extremely powerful performances from everyone including my baby girl Amy

Same DP as Downton Abby. They look very similar except that Gosford Park is a murder mystery with entire worlds of ensemble performance happening in the backgrounds.
Glengarry was the one that first came to mind for me as well. The Death of Stalin is a good recent example of an ensemble movie with equally great performances from the mains. Another possibly cliched answer: Nashville.
