This seemed like the appropriate thread for this.

I have the exact opposite view of Bill Nye, The Science Guy

Yeah but it’s not Bill Nye’s fault you’re a science-hating Republican now

Just saw this. Ha.

Not sure what side she's taking there, or what side I'm taking, but it's interesting anyway I think.

This trend in TV and movies of filming actions scenes (mostly fight scenes) with the shaky camera trying to move "with" the actors like a bad tik-tok dance video has got to stop.

Isn't that literally Nolan's fault?

No idea. Was watching what could have been a great fight scene in the Season 3 finale of the Witcher and the camerawork was like that and it was awful.

I just remember everyone complaining about the fight scenes in Batman Begins. Same kinda thing you're saying. I feel like he started the trend.

I don't like it in movies or shows when a guy cuts himself shaving and he jumps and makes a big show how much it hurts. You don't even feel it when you cut yourself shaving. You just see blood and are like shit how did that happen?

Shit I can't think of one. Basically anytime someone is shaving in a movie they cut themselves and they make a big deal out of it except for Mac in Predator cause he's a tough guy....like me.
