Three eps in and this is tracking to be the best season yet of The Morning Show. The goofy fun is dialed up while the topical stuff feels less self-important than seasons past. And Corey and Stella are finally getting more screen time than Alex and Bradley!

Caught up on this now. The topical stuff has been dialed back up, and not sure we needed an entire episode flashback to Covid days. I don’t think this show can go an episode without mentioning the pandemic, actually.
Anyway, seems Cory is about to go scorched earth, so looking forward to the last few eps!

Yeah, I’m quite anxious to see how Cory gets thru this. The visit to mom’s was quite the roller coaster. I was left wondering if she’s bipolar.
With the latest episode, it dawned on me that Stella was in Russian Doll.

Yeah the Covid flashback episode sucked. Otherwise been a great season though. My guess is that Don Draper will pull an Elon and prohibit Ukraine from using Starlink just as Alex is falling in love with him.

We watching Lessons in Chemistry as well. What a wonderful television programs. Brie Larson is absolutely fantastic in it. I’m not ashamed to say episode 3 brought a few tears.

Good to know, I thought the trailer was intriguing and I'm up to see her do something good again

Jesus Christ. Just finished the most recent episode, the fourth, and this show is simply magical. I mean if you’re not watching this, that needs to be corrected immediately. From the storytelling to the acting, to the production. It’s just perfect.

I'm not caught up yet but I have been enjoying TMS this season. Though, I can't agree that the topical stuff is lesser this season. To me, it's WAY more in your face. It's like the people writing this show have never learned about subtext. It's all just text!

I don’t think there’s less topical stuff per se, but it feels more widespread across a more diverse cast of characters, and less self important. Less Newsroom vibes, more 90210 vibes.
