Of course I don't hate to laugh you silly geese. I've gone to bat here for frivolous, comedic superhero movies several times. It's just that those movies usually have something going on beyond the yuk-yuks (examples: The Suicide Squad is filled with moments of truly absurd beauty; Guardians Vol. 2 is a surprisingly moving examination of fatherhood). Not only is Ragnarok fully surface level, its humor is the worst of 2010s Buzzfeed internet comedy (remember Loki going "You had ONE job!!!"??? ha ha like the internet thing). The fact that B can't spell dour is funnier than all of Ragnarok

Quality film!!! Visually spectacular.

Hilarious in parts and great cameos thru out.

Story was a bit over the shop but still it was great fun.

Christian Bale and Russell Crowe were great.

Bring on Thor 5!

Merge these fucking Thor threads.

Overall I’d say no I enjoyed ragnarok better.

This one is funnier than Ragnarok Wow that's encouraging. I'm expecting a solid movie but not expecting it to top the comedy of Ragnarok, which may still be my fav and funniest marvel film. Looking forward to seeing it; several reviews have said "it's Marvel's first rom-com"
