Outside of Bri Larson's boobs nothing went right with Kong which is a shame because the idea of Skull Island is a boon for storytelling. I didn't care for the movie but at least the last Godzilla had a couple cool monster fights.

The action in KotM was impossible to follow. It's just dark, lightning filled storms with the occasional monster appearing and punching another monster. Also, the action is almost never happening.

Watched this on a flight to California this morning. In hindsight, I wish I would have just stared at the back of the seat in front of me for two hours, getting annoyed with the guy next to me using too much armrest. This was awful. What a mess. And when they compared him to Jesus by saying "he is our savior, the reason we are alive".
