and yes I fully expect that this show will become pretty boring very quickly after it reaches peak weirdness (when we transition away from whatever fantasy world this is and get all superhero-y)
I do think this is happening a bit, this last one was by far my least favorite episode yet. But there are still enough strong character moments keeping me engaged. Curious to see how it all wraps up
I don't like that there was still a "real Vision" left floating around. Took a bit of oomph out of Wanda and fake-Vision's goodbye. Another have-your-cake-and-eat-it-too moment for Marvel.
It showed her using her astral form to train in magic like Dr Strange did in his first movie. But, she seemed to be learning using the Darkhold. Which will probably not be good.

I liked the last episode but the direction and editing of the action scenes was pretty awful. I hope what I assume will be a action heavy show Falcon and Winter Soldier is more competently done.

It was good but they put it well on last week’s recap episode of The Watch podcast: this is just another vehicle to kick the can down the road and set up the “next big thing” (Strange 2) versus it being a “big thing” on its own. I still enjoyed the series a lot.

If he's referring to himself as White Vision, well done, sir.

That's everything Marvel, though. Within that model, I think this works very well as its own self-contained story, not only plot-wise but thematically, aesthetically, and (crucially) emotionally. This is why I was glad all the speculation about other comic properties turned out to be wrong. (I am choosing to ignore the post-credits scenes)
Astral projection like Dr Strange. She knows she’s probably being watched. So it appears like she’s mopping around while really studying the dark arts. I guess.
i liked it enough, specially the fact she is now The Scarlet Witch, and her outfit was pretty cool...but i think they really pushed some misdirections that didnt help the storytelling, for example casting Evan Peters to be Quicksilver and not doing anything special with it, or having Dottie being another neighbour but dont finding her profile. It felt cheap and the show was better than that for the most part.
Super exited for Dr Strange 2, specially with Sam Raimi now!
