In my old condo a neighbor up and over one from me caused a flood into my kitchen ceiling. Her daughter flushed a tampon. Yada yada yada that was my first foray into small claims court and the rest is history.
Our fridge was making some noise, that was most likely the fan hitting ice buildup. After some minor disassembly, I was able to get in and chip out what was back there. Hopefully I didn’t break anything.

Hey spike is your fridge still running?
It is, though after a week away, had to do this procedure again. I turned up the fridge temp a couple degrees and it’s been fine for about a week.
