John Wick takes on his most lethal adversaries yet in the upcoming fourth installment of the series. With the price on his head ever increasing, Wick takes his fight against the High Table global as he seeks out the most powerful players in the underworld, from New York to Paris to Osaka to Berlin.

I hope my new (relatively) local theatre is showing this, I expect it to be the last in the series. Would kill to have seen it at my neighborhood Regal Cinema.

I thought this was just fine. There was one really good James Wan kind of sequence near the end that had me pretty thrilled. But man, this is long, and it gets very tiresome.

That’s what I thought of Parabellum, confirmed by having just finished a rewatch a few minutes ago. Other than the dog sequence, it’s a lot of tedious repetition without much fun. I found 4 engaging throughout because it never got repetitive and the technical aspects were executed at such a high level.
