I did actually just listen to it at 2.3x and it isn't that bad. I say relatively smart things. And I feel like if it had outro music like the new episode, the ending wouldn't even be that awkward. Who convinced me that it was terrible? That wasn't nice.
I have been considering adding music to the old episodes
I was hoping to hear you guys discuss Marvel films in depth. I'm not sure exactly why, but I feel like I really would have loved that debate/conversation.

Also, Jorge, have we ever talked about Almodovar? Do you have any feelings one way or the other about his work?
I am kind of on the fence about Almodovar. Just something about his aesthetic and overall tone and recurring themes just doesn't connect with me. I remember liking All About My Mother and Talk to Her when I watched them, but it's been a while. Everything else I've seen of his, I've reacted to with indifference or mild annoyance

Gotcha. That sounds familiar. Maybe we have talked about it before. I can totally see why his stuff wouldn't connect, though.

I also vaguely resent how he's become kind of the go-to Spanish language director in the international stage. Really, that guy? OK!

Totally. I certainly don't think of him that way, but I also think that's a little weird.
