E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial
EXT: An incomplete housing development not far from LOATHEDVERMIN72's own neighborhood. LOATHEDVERMIN72 leads his pack of FRIENDS as they pedal furiously on their bicycles, the POLICE in hot pursuit in their cruisers. E.T. sits in the basket mounted on LOATHEDVERMIN72's handlebars, shrouded in a blanket. E.T. jostles back and forth as LOATHEDVERMIN72 navigates his bicycle over the rough terrain.
A POLICE CAR is coming uncomfortably close to the boys on their bicycles, so MICHAEL signals for the boys to follow him down an embankment where the POLICE CAR can not follow. They drop down onto the lower road, just as another POLICE CAR makes its way onto the same road. MICHAEL's plan did not work, as the POLICE are still in hot pursuit!
(Various shots of the BOYS eluding their pursuers with clever short cuts, various jumps, and other tricks that we might see teenage boys perform on their bicycles in an incomplete housing development).
The BOYS finally manage to outsmart their pursuers, finding a narrow exit from the development which the POLICE CARS are unable to fit through. The POLICE CARS slam on their brakes, letting the BOYS and E.T. get away. The BOYS navigate their bicycles back onto paved road, seemingly free.
TYLER (removing his ski mask): We made it!
A group of FBI AGENTS suddenly enters the frame on foot, one AGENT narrowly missing the back of TYLER's shirt as he makes a long reach for the boy. Not so fast, TYLER!
Multiple POLICE CARS screech into the road ahead, blocking the BOYS escape. c.u. on E.T. as his eyes convey the truth: The jig is up.
LOATHEDVERMIN72 closes his eyes, focusing intently on something inside himself. c.u. on E.T. as his eyes widen. E.T. and LOATHEDVERMIN72 are communicating something telepathically!
Just as the pack of BOYS are about to crash into the roadblock of POLICE CARS, LOATHEDVERMIN72 slams on his breaks.
LOATHEDVERMIN72: Sorry, E.T. I have too much anxiety and crippling depression.
