Not clicking that, but I don't think House Martell is long for this world. Arianne will throw in her lot with (F)Aegon and marry him. Then she's toast when Dany wipes out that faction. Trystane will be killed by Lanisters, which takes care of all the true born Martells.
IF House Martell survives it will be because Sarella, who is the only sandsnake I think might survive, is legitimized by Dany.

my favorite moment of the Dance was the battle above the God's eye. Vhagar just tanking everybody up until that moment was my favorite visual while reading.

I don’t like how brazen they made Criston Cole by attacking Ser Joffrey at the wedding. HBO couldn’t show another tournament? I feel like they don’t give the audience enough credit to read into implications and instead show things explicitly. They could’ve had someone speak about Oldtown using a green beacon for a call to arms instead of Larys and Breakbones essentially doing color commentary to Alicent’s entrance. They essentially kept repeating “Laenor likes penis” on the beach and between Corlys and Rhaenys.

So do we all think Viserys didn't die when he collapsed there? Because if he did that'd be a pretty decent departure from the books where he dies while Rhaenyra is on Dragonstone and doesn't even know about it until the Kingmaker does his kingmaking.

I also wondered if they'd change that, but as m_d said, he's in the preview.
I had originally predicted that the last episode of the season would feature the small council meeting that raises Aegon to the throne, but it feels like it'll come sooner now. Probably episode 9 in true GOT fashion.

I did a quick search in Fire & Blood, and on the page where Viserys dies, he is called “ Viserys of House Targaryen, the First of His Name, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm.” They haven’t conquered Dorne, but perhaps the implication is that they claim it?
