I have a friend who's never seen a single episode ( ) and I want to get her hooked. I think, with her sense of humor, this show is right up her alley.

What do you recommend as a first episode to a complete newcomer?

I recommend The Simpsons Movie, it has nice gags, even some of them still relevant.
