I normally can't stand French thinkers, but lord help me I'm digging Deleuze, who's super French. Go figure.

Tried reading American Psycho. Though it was very funny, after about a third of the way through, I figured I had the gist of it and didn't feel like reading all the gross shit.
I remember I was in Miami when it happened. I was posting from the balcony of my apartment overlooking the beach. And I was having an argument with Adamdude.

Truly a great book. I read it all yesterday and today. A bit of a surprise for me. It really affected me emotionally. Best book I've read since Secret History

Just started listening to Charles Willeford's autobiography "I was looking for a street" and at home I'm reading the second Hoke Mosely book "A New Hope for the Dead" also by Charles Willeford.

Joe, you're going to have to read The Secret History to understand this, so get started:
Henry - Mickey Francis - Joe Charles - Malloy Camilla - lenny Richard - me? Bunny - dime
Wrong:
Henry - Simple Torture Francis - Mickey Charles - Malloy Camilla - Pizza The Hut Richard - Joe Bunny - The Argonaut
Having finished the book, I think Mickey might have the edge here.
I could redo this with different names but Argo as Bunny feels intuitively correct.
