I haven’t started it yet. I loved the comic tho.

Watched the first three episodes. Story is good enough, but outside of the three main characters, the acting is pretty weak and I can't get in to it yet. I'll give it another episode or so

That’s disappointing. They’ve been working on getting it on tv for probably 15 years now. You’d think that would be enough time to get everything right.

I'm really trying to temper my excitement for The Sandman.

There’s no way it’ll live up to the book.

Well they are two completely different mediums so much like a novel to film I don't go the competition route but indeed it is a pretty high bar to be a competent adaptation.

Also, Family Game Fight is so much more fun than it should be. Love it.

Survivor is back!

We’ve watched about half the first episode. Quite a few changes.

Thank goodness we’ll never have to hear “guys” on the show again!

They voted to keep it. It’s not going anywhere.

um...

I stand corrected

Still getting through Flight Attendant. Strange show... no idea where this is going and only 2 episodes left.

that's kind of the beauty of it. It's refreshing in it's all-over-the-placeness.

Wellington Paranormal has stepped it up another notch once again in Season 3. The cast/writers/etc are fully firing on all cylinders now.

Also started a rewatch of Succession in preparation for S03. I love this show even more than I remembered.

morning show S2 starts today...probably blow through a few of those if they're all available

I assume they're doing week by week with it, but I don't know. I'm excited to watch at least the first episode, though.

We were looking to start this soon. Is it a good show?

It's totally fine. It's very on the nose. But the performances are great. I think S1 overall was a solid B. It starts a little wonky and gets better as the season goes along. The end is strong.

S2 feels weird. This first episode is all over the place. Odd structure. And even more on the nose (if that's possible). But I liked S1 enough to see where we're goin in S2.

We’re up to S1E6. Very much enjoying this.

Good. It's really solid from where you're at to the end. The back half is better than the front half.

You’re not wrong. We’ve got a couple more Eps left in the first season. Fantastic.

Finished The Flight Attendant. I enjoyed it but it was so all over the place I doubt I’ll even remember it in a month. I still don’t get what the point of Perez’s character or plot line was.

I think S2 will shift focus to Perez while keeping the same cast

almost done with my Sopranos rewatch. has there ever been a more literary television show? (i ask as someone whose favorite television series is Deadwood & someone who thinks The Wire is the "best" series ever).
