Won't Tell is on Spotify right now. Good song. And React/Respond is a really good song. And Dark Matter is a great one. I can very easily see any of these songs on top in a few weeks, but right now it's DM

Every single one of these MM choices is so hard to make. I'm giving Won't Tell the vote because I don't think it's getting enough love. It's a beautiful song, with an unbelievable chorus, an outstanding bridge, and fantastic lyrics.
But I'm not mad if React, Respond makes it. What a blast that song is.

React/Respond, though I'm enjoying Won't Tell; listening to that song sent me down a bit of a Cure rabbit hole on Sunday. Dark Matter's pretty good, and it's drastically improved for me since several weeks ago, but I'd still put the other two songs ahead of it.

I struggle with the chorus melody to "Won't Tell" -- I like the sad, moody vibe of the song, but there's something mildly unsatisfying about how that melody resolves for me ("waiting for a message to come"), like those last couple words are looking for a place to land, but they can't find it so they just drop right where they are. It sounds a bit to me like when you hear back a harmony vocal with the main voice muted -- it works with the music, but on its own is a bit...I dunno, illogical. One of the songs I haven't really found a way into yet.
"Dark Matter" is probably losing a few points due to familiarity -- even though I only played it a half-dozen times pre-release, "R/R" still feels fresher and more striking. I'm inclined to think "Dark Matter" is the stronger composition but at the moment "R/R" is pumping my adrenaline a bit more, so I'm giving that my vote. Two really strong songs though.
