Looking forward. At the office doing some Saturday morning catch up, Red Sails... blasting away. We have 2 friends over for the show too, so it's likely to be a big one tonight.

Right. That's enough work for today. Time to start charging in preparation of ticking off one of my bucket-list bands.

Wish me luck Boys - I'm going in!

Fucking Wow. These guys certainly don't phone it in.

What a great show.

So good.

Unusual set list, quite West Oz-centric (Stars of Warburton!), but sadly at the expense of such gems as Stand in Line.

Fuck it. It was all damn amazing, and I got my "Don't Wanna Be the One".

Great show by a great band. The real deal here folks.

They look to be back to something near their best here. Amazing.

Really looking forward to my turn next week.

Joey - check the link on the previous page to grab the mix I did up. Solid stuff.

True story - my current favourite beer. My local bottle-o stocks them especially for me these days!

No idea why but whenever I grab one from the fridge I start singing "Call me....King of the Mountain!". I think I may have my Oils references somewhat confused...

It's a tasty drop indeed. Only when you have strong resolve should you check last night's setlist.

I knew the likelihood that the Freo show was gonna have the more interesting set, no surprise there. I'm not gonna complain, they were awesome on Saturday night and I'll take that happily enough.

Great to see them changing things up too. I love bands that vary their sets. That was my big gripe with Fowderpinger's farewell tour - same set 50 shows in a row. WTF?

True. Did you splash on the overfill tank box they're selling? I haven't seen any of it around on the sharing sites. I'm not sure I'd watch anything more than once.

Nah, I'm happy with my "Oils on the Water" and "Saturday Night at the Capitol" DVD's.

I bought the Ned Kelly t.

Midnight Oil were forced to cut short their Melbourne concert last night when guitarist Jim Moginie slipped and fell on stage.
