Haven't been a great fan of their soundtrack work for one. As for sound, I'd rather a return to The Fragile but 94 is a good year too.

I ordered the LP as well as Deviations because I saw they all come with the Hi-Res download. Going to try for the rest eventually, wrong time of year to be having something like this!

 I'll probably just steal the audio.

Fragile is greatness!

I wanted to preorder the regular reissue of the fragile too but didn't feel like giving Trent 45 more bucks after dropping 80 already.

I really don't see myself dropping $90 on a Demi's record that I may only listen to once buuuuuuut I will revisit it next month when I have money to throw around.

I will download a rip of The Fragile outtakes and listen to them once, then go back to spinning The Downward Spiral, as part my regular rotation, several times a year for the rest of my life.

Does it help your decision to know that this is a one-off print?

Not really. But I think it'll be one of those things where if there are still copies around when money's not so tight, I'll order up.

Totally get that. The week before Christmas is a rough time to surprise people with a $90 anything, honestly.

Srsly tho. This time of year is usually a dead space when it comes to vinyl releases, and I think that's why. Besides this, I haven't added anything to my want list in like weeks.

Reminds me a lot of The Day the Whole World Went Away.

Also: if you bought stuff your downloads should be ready. Sadly, I can't download anything to my phone so I have to wait and listen later.

Only through one listen and its not bad, bit of a grower. Gonna spend a little more time with it the next few days.

I think everything after The Fragile has just been okay, but that probably has more to do with my inability to connect with the lyrics at this stage of my life.

But I am digging the Robert Fribb vibe of this new one, would be interested in another record like The Fragile.
