Meh, show was 'aight. It was billed as an intimate 'sonic session' and there were only 500 there tops (sold out), but a little too much chatting and too little playing for my liking.

So I decided to skip going to that Dillinger Escape Plan/Soundgarden show this month, mostly because I don't care enough about seeing SG to pay so much for tickets. But now Dillinger just announced a headlining show at a tiny pub the next night. I just saw them a few months ago, my wife will be out of town, and I have to work the next morning, so I'm having a hell of a time deciding if I want to go. It's probably the last chance I'll ever have to see them, but....I just don't know. Hmm.

yeah you gotta do it, dude. There have been a few shows like that in my life that I skipped because of work the next day, or whatever, and I regret it.

Anything from their first album is fine by me, and I really like the one single I've heard of their's since that. I'm actually hoping for a quick 10 song run through tbh. I'm not super in the mood to hit the pub tonight, but really want to see these girls play.
A perfect night for me tonight would be staying in, drinking beers from my fridge and watching the Eagles beat the Doggies.
