I haven't been to a real big concert since like... 2002 pearl jam, and am seeing Tool next month. On Facebook, I see all these people commenting about their Tool show experiences this tour, saying it's mind-blowing, life-changing, stuff like that. I simply don't understand this. I mean, how much different can it really be than just listening to their recordings? I get crowd vibe talk and all that, but, assuming you're not on drugs, not really.. i guess... I guess we'll see
What I'm trying to say is as much as I love Tool, I was still reluctant to buy tickets cause I don't really see the point. Maybe I will soon.
Read my overly long winded review from the November 2019 first leg of the tour:
Their setlist looks a lot better now than what I saw, mine was Tool's greatest hits, at least they're doing stuff like "The Grudge" and "The Patient" again on this new tour.
Sea.Hear.Now lineup is out, and I will be there so that works:
Saturday: Stevie Nicks, My Morning Jacket, Billy Strings, Gary Clark Jr., Fletcher, The Backseat Lovers, Peach Pit, Skip Marley, Celisse, DJO, Aly & AJ, The Surfrajettes, Dogs in a Pile, Dentist
Sunday: Green Day, Cage the Elephant, The Head and the Heart, Idles, Courtney Barnett, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Tai Verdes, Shakey Graves, Andy Franco & the UN, Cimafunk, The Little Mermen, Calder Allen, Lost in Society, The Vansaders

taking my 12 year old and her friend to see dua lipa tomorrow night. i'm pretty close with the attorney that reps her management company, and tried calling in a favor for back stage. but he said with covid, it's virtually impossible. but we are getting some autographs out of it.

eeeehh...according to the internet she's 5'8"...that might get her to notice you.
what's your skincare routine like? you got a fancy moneymaker? you can only be slightly taller than her, but you'll need to provide her with something to really catch her eye.
