Seems like a reasonable and obvious marriage of let’s rock and what they learned through delta Kream

Is there a new album on the horizon?

Okay heard it now. I really liked it. Unsurprisingly it has a retro vibe and very typical riffs for the newer albums of the Black Keys - a bit more danceable? Fun song.

Happy Birthday Rangi!!

The albums is much better than I expected. I went in thinking we were getting Let’s Rock part 2, mostly because of the lead single, but they really did a great job of taking that sound, adding a bit of groove and melding it with the bluesy influence they have been working with lately. It makes it sound very 70s southern rock in touches, and at others a more modern and almost danceable sound. It also feels more natural to them than say El Camino did.

What is it about Baby I’m Coming Home that makes me want to throw on Midnight Rider…

Honestly, I like this even better in second listen. For them, it has some good variety and the short length actually makes the songs a bit more impactful.

I've only given this a quick casual listen, but I quite liked it
