The Gotye song came out during a time when I was not paying attention to pop music at all, so I’d actually never heard it until I was setting up this tournament! I have to say I thought it was GREAT. Really beautiful song - and a great video too.
NC2U is a very good song too but I’m giving the edge to STIUTK.

It's Sting singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" through an NPR aesthetic

I just listened to both songs again and I’m gonna say I actually think the Gotye song is significantly better. Musically, it’s far more dynamic and compelling, with NC2U feeling like a static, overlong slog by comparison. I also find its depiction of grief more haunting and moving.
