Did I really go through 10 pages of this thread and not a single person mentioned Appetite For Destruction? For a straight up hard rock album that's about as perfect as it gets. There are better albums, but I don't believe that was the point of the thread was it?

There is more kindness on the internet than we would care to admit to ourselves. Sometimes we are so afraid of falling victim to a ruse, we miss out on actual opportunities.

Thing About You and Anything Goes are kinda meh.
I agree on Anything Goes but Think About You is pretty great.

Nirvana - In Utero
No bad songs, all good songs. Incredible performances and song writing rarely matched in the modern era.

My top 2 albums of all time.
I was also going to suggest:
Sleater-Kinney - The Woods Soundgarden - Superunknown The Beatles - Revolver Paul Simon - Graceland Built To Spill - Perfect From Now On Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation Radiohead - OK Computer Radiohead - Kid A
I listened to the 25th Anniversary edition last night and it reminded me how good the album is.

this is at 9 pages now and should have been locked after Blood on the Tracks and Exile on Main Street
While Exile is my favorite record of all time, I don't think it's perfect. Pretty close, as is Blood on the Tracks.
Sticky Fingers outdoes Exile for me. Pretty much near on perfect.
I rarely listen to Sticky Fingers without listening to Exile (and vise versa). I always feel like rolling right on through. And if I'm really in a Stones mood (which how can you not be after listening to those two records) I pop into Let it Bleed next.
