I've used VividSeats twice in the past year, and it's been a relatively easy experience. Plus, they seem to have a lot of targeted ads for $10 ticket prices over $50, which helps to negate their service fee.
And Stubhub has great insurance. They are excellent when it comes to refunds due to fraud or anything like that. We get a lot of people here with tickets they bought on Stubhub and even if we can't locate the tickets/order or whatever, Stubhub is always really helpful to the customer. Very customer friendly.
I'm glad Stardog has had good experiences with Vivid. A lot of the brokers we deal with use that site to resell tickets. But I will say, fwiw, most of the problems we have with third party sellers are tickets bought from Vivid.

I think we should go back to waiting in line overnight at the box office.
When I was in college (2001) and the Mariners were having that amazing season, at one point they put playoff tickets up for sale and a few guys in my frat got involved in a scheme to go camp out and buy up as many tix as possible for scalping purposes. At least they weren't robots!
