Iggy's vocals are so good in the whole album. Its a crooner type of album, and he finally got that. I ve been waiting for him to something like this since...American Caesar maybe?

Bandcamp released it early by accident, I think they've taken it down since.
Well I guess I can wait another month. I've never really paid much attention to Iggy Pop's music, and I've never really been a big fan of Homme's work, but for some reason I really like the two songs I've heard so far.
For this week’s installment, Clark has curated a special Iggy Pop mix at the request of Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme. Along with a stacked playlist including Pop cuts like “The Passenger”, “Gardenia, and “Break Into Your Heart”, both Clark and Homme sat down for a brief chat.

The show last night was fantastic. Everybody was on their game. Like Tommy said, ending the set with China Girl was pretty epic. Seeing Iggy stage dive and crowd surf in America's oldest opera house is something I doubt I'll get to see again. Matt Sweeney was a beast on bass.
Their set consisted mostly of songs from The Idiot, Lust for Life, and Post Pop Depression.
