But then I realized I never picked up the "Hammersmith Odeon, London '75" album from a few years ago, so I ordered a used copy for about $4. Listening right now -- what a great sounding show. Even early on he was radically reimagining songs (the slow version of "E Street Shuffle" is really cool, and of course the solo piano "Thunder Road"). An artist with the world at his fingertips -- a thing to behold.

And Bo'B did such a good job on Girls in their Summe Clothes. The mastering squeezes it all too much though. I'd love to hear the unmastered final mix.

3. The Fuse
4. Further On (Up the Road)

Oh god I hate that song. That song was the whole impetus for doing this.

Totally agree with this. Without a doubt Magic is the standout among his second go around with the E Street Band.
Long Walk Home is probably in my top 10 Springsteen songs. Gypsy Biker's right up there too.
