Amazing. Understated. This track took me from a casual user to an addict.

Bruce is doing a tour of Ireland right now. Last night he waded into the Trayvon argument with a bit of a sig at the ruling and then played American skin(41 shots)
Wish I'd seen it. Radio has been on about it all day.

Can't get enough of that vid/performance; Glen killed it, Jake murdered it.

There's probably a thread about that somewhere:) or ten.

Jake was driving us around the west coast of ireland last week. He soldiered through some serious back pain for those final two shows and you'd never guess looking at him. He nailed it every night. But that performance with glen and Bruce, that's just made the year for me.
Magical night made even more special. Glad that guy got as good a video of it as he did.

Is heading down under again in Feb. this time doing Perth and Adleaide (there you go BiH). Hunters supporting Melb only.

John Mellencamp has made some records that I really love.

Whole records? There are the odd tracks here and there but it's a patchy career IMHO. I could make a cracking ten track playlist though.

I genuinely enjoy Scarecrow and The Lonesome Jubilee all the way through. The self-titled one from 1998 and Human Wheels are solid listens too. I liked the one he did with T-Bone Burnett a few years back as well.
