The version on the upcoming Cherry Tree release should be right up your alley.

I think I’m too late to join to receive vol. 3.

Oh, man, I thought your post above meant you were on the mailing list.

Nah, but I should. It’s probably more worthwhile than being in the 10C. I think the thing stopping me is that these don’t come with a digital option. I’ve got a turntable, but I’m too lazy to rip a vinyl. I like having the option of bringing the music to mobile.

I love SWB and i just cant get into IAETF. Its the whole guest vocalist stuff maybe im not sure, but bores the hell out of me.

I don't mind the guest vocals on IAETF as much as I used to, but I don't know if I'll ever forgive them for what they did to Rylan. It was better with just Matt.

the new rylan blow the old, boring snoozefest out of the water.

it's a perfect paradigm of the band as a whole (layered and bringing us just to the edge of where it can take off, but then it lands gracefully).

I’ve never seen them perform it in person. I’m guessing you have. I’d still take this version any day over the album.

I enjoy the album version, the additional vocalist almost in place of the keys, the build to incorporate strings in the crescendo; I think it is just a fantastic song. Before the drums became the real driver might be my overall preference though:

I've also been living with that version for almost ten years, so there's that.

that version of Rylan on Q is very good.

i think this'll be the start of a National kick for me for a bit.

it's rare that I say this, but the remastered version is so much better than the original.

their production was sorely lacking before Boxer.

They're a band that are always an extended listening session for myself.

I love TWFM so much. It might be my favorite. Boxer is no slouch, but they hit their stride with Trouble. Absolutely solid start to finish.

I’m not sure I can put it over High Violet, but they’re pretty neck and neck

I need to see them live

I've only seen them live when they toured HV. Sad I missed any shows for Trouble.

TWFM and Alligator are always swapping for my fav. HV is very good too.
