Cornell would prob find the joke funny

It doesn't look that bad. It's still clearly him. Or the singer from Monster Magnet.

he is clearly the type to have wanted his legacy memorialized in the form of a primitive idol

may we rest alms of praise at its feet

Was this already known?

Quote:
During the interview the guitarist also confirmed that Soundgarden will never record new music or play live music again. In the future there will however be some new unreleased songs, like the six ones ultimated in 2016 that were to feature in the album that was supposed to follow King Animal.

Quote:
Another consideration was to make sure that the contents of the comp stayed out of the way of some future projects that might eventually see release, including some new, unheard Soundgarden songs the band was refining at the time Chris died. “We were working on an album before everything came to a head, so we have some pretty strong demo material that we’re still trying to finish developing and accessing some of the recording material, to be able to flesh it out,” Thayil says.

Its still very hard to read Kim talking about Chris, but im glad he is doing stuff and thinking about releasing that material.
I hope he, Matt and Ben continue to do music together.

Had a brief exchange with Ben on Instagram yesterday. He posted a pic of a bass he had and i loved, and it was actually the model i got when i bought mine. He told me about the old days, the punk bands he listened and how that bass was a geddy lee one and he hated Rush as a kid.

Awesome.
