i'm sure he has a lot of songs out there that neither band really grasped on to.

He does, and Wellwater Conspiracy recorded and released like 30 of them.

Since I promised and never followed through, and since I'm stuck inside due to snow, I figured I might as well finish this and let you guys have it.
