My mom’s favorite band when I was a kid was The Beach Boys. We had Pet Sounds running on the turntable a lot at my house. |

Not a big fan of the Stones. I like a handful of songs. I like the Beach Boys far more, but like the Stones, I'm more into singles than albums. Bowie, though... yeah, I goddamn adore David Bowie. |

I would recommend Sticky Fingers, Exile on Main Street, Some Girls, Beggar’s Banquet, and Let It Bleed. Those all speak to their album crafting that I believe goes beyond just a collection of singles. Also when they were most challenging themselves without going off the deep end completely. |
