I rather listen to Era Vulgaris or LUllabies to Paralize anyday.

There are three bands responsible for kick starting entire genres full of punchline bands, and these three bands are actually a lot better than the genre they inadvertently created. When judged on their own merits, deep cuts, and places in pop music cannon, they’re all very enjoyable on pure & unironic levels.

Those three bands are Helmet, Pearl Jam, and Sublime.
