The King is Limbs is a great example of how much better the songs are after the band has had a chance to play them live a bunch of times and develop them. I implore everyone who has written off that album to listen to the Live from the Basement sessions. The songs are so much richer and melodic.
To be sure, however, Separator is a top 10 Radiohead song of mine, so I’m partial.

I still only like the second half of King of Limbs, but that session they did gives me a greater appreciation for the other songs, which was your point anyway...
