I'd just like to clarify, once again, for the record, it's way more ass sweat than sack sweat. But, yeah, the point stands.

Is there a specific word for when music perfectly syncs with your perception of your environment? I guess "synchronicity"? Maybe a more musically specific version of that word?
For instance, I was driving earlier and The Diamond Sea by Sonic Youth was playing on my stereo. Traffic was flowing well while the main section was on and I hit some pretty heavy standstill stuff as that section hit its epic crescendo.
During the extended section of layered feedback and chords that follows, before the main motif pics back up and eases into that long and soothing outro, I was stuck between a ton of cars just watching construction workers hitting things, brake lights pulsing, and a general chaotic flow to the universe. Lines blurred between stereo sound and what was happening outside my window. When the main motif picked back up again, so did traffic.
Happens a lot when I'm zoning out with music, but this instance was just perfect. Anyway, what is that?
