I just listened to Disc 4 all the way through it was amazing. Those acoustic songs were tops. What was that from? Chris's vocals on New Damage and Limo Wreck....mind blowing...all the songs really are just fantastic. He sounds better than ever....I guess he's lost some of the ferocity of youth in his vocals but the pitch sounds spot on to me. Well mostly. I never thought he sound this good after how far his vocals dipped in the early 00s. Usually the singer is the weak point as bands get older. I mean unless your a drunken mess you don't just start sucking at playing an instrument. Ben's bass playing really stands out to me too. So good. Thanks Matt.

Is there audio from the Motorvison and Louder Than Live videos floating around?
Louder Than Live has an accompanying CD that is about as good as it gets. It's fairly easy to find online. Motorvision, on the other hand, isn't that easy to find anymore. Look for the bootleg CD Moonlight on Vermont to find the audio. I have no idea what that title is supposed to mean.

Thanks! I found the Vermont one. Crappy bitrate but it doesn't sound too bad. Except for Mind Riot. It's all staticy. Found a couple Louder Than Lives but no seeders. Maybe they'll pop up.

"Moonlight on Vermont" is a Captain Beefheart song. That said, I don't know what that has to do with a Soundgarden bootleg.

In related news, I dropped Soundgarden's cover of "Drop Out Boogie", a Captain Beefheart song, from this mix fairly late in the game. It just didn't fit anywhere. However, I may have to post the bootleg it comes from, since it's my favorite SG bootleg ever: ================================== Spoonman (not on recording) Searching With My Good Eye Closed (not on recording) Let Me Drown Pretty Noose Burden In My Hand Head Down (one of only two performances in 1996) My Wave Ty Cobb Never Named Helter Skelter Boot Camp/(extended outro) Fell on Black Days Rusty Cage Black Hole Sun Waiting For the Sun Rhinosaur Mailman Drawing Flies Blow Up the Outside World
encore: Drop Out Boogie Full on Kevin's Mom (only performance in 1996, first performance since 1990, last performance ever)

I've been listening to the SXSW show a lot this summer. I actually shroomed the other night and put on Like Suicide from the show and really enjoyed it.

Hi guys, apologies for dragging up an old thread, but would anyone be so kind as to provide a link for this set please? There's some material there that I don't have but would love to hear.
